Grain yield perplant exhibited positive and significant association with number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of grains perpanicle, grain breadth and hundred grain weight suggesting that selection pressure applied for these traits will eventually increasethe grain yield per plant under salinity. The secondary trait panicle length showed significant positive association with number ofgrains per panicle, hundred grain weight and grain yield, suggesting that selection based on this trait will be fruitful for enhancinggrain yield.
